Wilderness 4WD Adventures go where other companies can't go!

Special "Permit Areas" allow you to go hiking, swimming and exploring in beautiful remote waterfalls away from the crowds. Wilderness 4WD Adventures hold two exclusive permits to destinations in Litchfield National Park and also hold three permits to access restricted areas in Kakadu National Park.

Wilderness 4WD Adventures are selected to access many magnificent, unspoilt areas, because of their willingness to work with Aboriginal Traditional owners and a commitment to nature based eco tourism. The tour guides' environmental training and low impact group sizes of nine passengers also play an important part in the selection of Wilderness 4WD Adventures over other companies.

Wilderness 4WD Adventures - Cultural Experiences

Biliru Tours and Cultural Experiences is operated by Larrakia Traditional Owners who are able to provide you with a rare insight into their lifestyle and culture. Meet the Traditional Owners on a personal level and chat with them over a cup of billy tea while enjoying the scenic views along one of Darwin's magnificent pristine beaches.

This "hands on" demonstration gives you the opportunity to participate in fun activities such as fire lighting, spear throwing, didgeridoo lessons and basket weaving.

KAKADU:

Koolpin Gorge - A full day hiking (12 klms) around a remote area of beautiful waterfalls, plunge pools and some of Kakadu's most spectacular scenery.

Graveside Gorge - A full day expedition with challenging 4WD tracks, rewarding hikes (8 klms), dramatic landscapes, wildlife and waterfalls.

LITCHFIELD:

Upper Tolmer Falls - A short hike into a great spot just for us. Enjoy swimming then relaxing next to the water alongside a beautiful gorge.

Upper Sandy Creek Falls - Enjoy hiking to the top of Sandy Creek Falls where you get some great views then a chance to relax in secluded waterfalls.
