A
great afternoon tour taking in the highlights
of Broome providing an insight to the
heritage of this charming town and colourful
alfresco lifestyle.
Beginning
in Chinatown with fascinating stories
of this multicultural precinct, visit
a pearl shop and famous Sun Pictures
before heading through Old Broome past
old Pearling Masters homes. At Town
Beach we learn of Broome's "One
Day War" then stop at Matso’s Broome Brewery to taste their hand made ales and famous ginger beer or visit one of the local art & craft galleries nearby.
Then visit the Japanese
Cemetary. Onto the port, we pass the
Broome Race Course to reach Gantheaume
Point, known for dinosaur footprints
and Anastasias Pool. We then 4WD down
onto Cable Beach where you have the
option to join a sunset
camel ride (BSCR) or sunset cruise (BSSC) along Cable Beach or a sunset thrill cruise on a high speed vessel (BSTC). For those not taking the
camel ride or cruise, enjoy a stroll,
swim or light refreshments as you watch
the Cable Beach sunset. (BS). Return to your hotel with
drop off from 6.00pm. (Finish time changes
with sunset)
