places an emphasis on using only the
freshest local produce and changes the
menu each day. The Conservatory
Restaurant wine list boasts a wide selection
of local Margaret River wines from the
finest vineyards.
To ensure
guests receive only the best possible
dining experience, there are only limited
bookings each evening, so reservations
are essential. Opening times may vary
according to the season.
Enjoy
a leisurely breakfast served between
8am - 11am daily in the sunny conservatory
or the privacy of your own suite.
Picnic
hampers are also available to enjoy
in the lovely gardens or whilst touring
the region.
