Lounge Areas
The lounge areas at Bellinzona are truly comfortable, and present guests with an
opportunity to really let their hair down after a hard day conferencing. We can
arrange activities and games, supper, speakers or MC's to help 'break the ice'.
The main recreation rooms are listed below - we have other lounges of varying
sizes located throughout the venue - all with comfortable lounges, phone
(internet dial-up) connections, and most with an open fire!
Conference
Rooms
Our two conference rooms and four syndicate rooms offer a range of flexibility
and choice not normally found in a medium sized venue. Many of our lounge and
dining areas can also be used as breakout areas and the Library can be used as a
secretariat or office. Weather permitting; there are a number of outdoor areas
suitable for use as team-building or workshopping space. As a contingency plan
for outdoor activities, we suggest the gymnasium or squash courts.
Accommodation
With 40 ensuited rooms, Bellinzona is the perfect venue for small to medium
sized groups. Sculptured rose gardens and spacious veranda style decking add to
the already abundant charm of Bellinzona.

- In addition to the main residence Bellinzona has a stunning, self-contained
Manor House set to the rear of the property - an ideal planning and breakout
area for facilitators or executives. The Manor House sleeps four (up to six in
twin share format) and includes a spa, full kitchen and a spacious lounge and
dining area.

Located in the heart of Spa Country, Bellinzona Grange offers numerous
activities – some onsite, some a short drive from the venue. Please find below a

Hepburn Springs is located in Victoria’s largest mineral springs area. ‘Spa
Country’ has become internationally renowned for all things wellbeing and
indulgent, with Hepburn Spa Resort leading the way! The Resort is the complete
‘one-stop-shop’ for all your wellbeing and therapeutic needs – wraps;
exfoliations, flotation tanks, beauty therapies, hair removal, massages and
spas.
The Spa Resort is a five-minute drive down Main Road from
Bellinzona Country Retreat. Bookings are advised for weekend and long weekends.
For the more energetic – there are a number of ways to walk to the Spa Centre:
ask our staff the estimated time and physical requirements of each! Of course,
there are a few cafes along the way if the trip is too long...
