MELBOURNE
A sunrise balloon flight over
Melbourne is a truly remarkable experience. There are few major
cities in the world that can be traversed by hot air balloon
and there certainly is no better way to take in Australia's
second largest city.
In the early morning light you will drift
by the array of parks and gardens that make Melbourne the world's
most liveable city. As the city comes to life you will look
down on some of the cities iconic sporting venues like the MCG,
Melbourne Park and Albert Park racetrack.
If you are looking for a romantic
soft adventure that gives you a peek at city life from a totally
different angle then Ballooning over Melbourne is a must.
You'll fly for approximately
one hour over the City of Melbourne, completing the experience
with a buffet champagne breakfast at the Hilton Hotel.
We meet at the Hilton Hotel
half an hour before sunrise (you will be advised of the exact
time on your confirmation sheet). Your pilot will give you a
short briefing. You will then be transported to the launch site
where you may help with the launch, or stand back and take pictures.
Then away we go, floating gently over the city of Melbourne
in our beautiful balloon.
Your flight will last for approximately
one hour. After we make our final landing and pack the balloon
away, we head back to the HILTON HOTEL where you can celebrate
your morning over breakfast.
MANSFIELD
Two and
a half hours NE of Melbourne, Mansfield is the gateway to the
Snowy Mountains made famous by "The Man From Snowy River".
Flying for approximately one hour in the magnificent High Country and returning to Highton Manor for a delicious champagne breakfast.
We meet at Highton Manor half an hour before sunrise (you will be advised of the exact time on your confirmation sheet). Whilst having a cup of tea or coffee your pilot will give you a short briefing. You will then be transported to the launch site where you may help with the launch, or stand back and take pictures. Then away we go, floating gently over the countryside in our beautiful balloon.
Known as Victoria's Legendary
High Country, it affords spectacular views of rugged alpine
ranges, sparkling lakes, winding rivers and rolling hills.
Your flight will last for approximately one hour. After we make our final landing and pack the balloon away, we head back to the Highton Manor where you can celebrate your morning over breakfast.
YARRA VALLEY
Come fly over the beautiful
wine region of Victoria, the Yarra Valley. Let the breeze usher
you along the corridors of the grape vines, and between the
hills of one of the loveliest wine producing regions in Australia.
Then return to Fergusson Winery where a sumptuous champagne
breakfast awaits you.
Yarra Glen is in the middle
of the valley, approximately one hour's drive north-east of
Melbourne.
