Welcome to new travel
horizons on the Great
Ocean Road, Victoria,
Australia.
The Great Ocean Road
is one of the world’s
most spectacular and
inspiring coastal
experiences at any
time of the year With
huge cliffs, roaring
seas, safe beaches,
spectacular
rainforests, historic
shipwreck sites and
the nature sculptured
Twelve Apostles, there
is so much to see and
do.
The wildlife,
including whales and
dolphins, can be seen
in their natural
state. The people are
warm and friendly.
Local food and wine
are as diverse and
enjoyable as the
settings. The Great
Ocean Road
incorporates two of
the most beautiful
national parks in
Australia. The Otway
National Park is
flanked by towering
forests on one side
and steep cliffs and
rugged ocean beaches
on the other. The
Otways are just
teeming with nature’s
wonders, mighty birds,
wildflowers, ferns and
native
animals.
Walking tracks allow
you to explore the
heart of this country.
It is the Port
Campbell National Park
which captures the
true spirit of this
historic coastline -
“The Shipwreck Coast”.
This breathtakingly
rugged part of
Victoria’s coast and
the wild weather it
experiences have
reduced many proud
ships to wrecks. That
same weather is
responsible for
etching out stunning
natural features -
like the famous Twelve
Apostles, Loch Ard
Gorge, the Grotto and
the Blow
Hole.
All sights are well
sign posted and
platforms give
spectacular views.
There is a wonderful
new experience
awaiting you around
every corner of the
Great Ocean Road. From
getting back to nature
or marvelling at the
wonderful scenery, to
catching up with the
past or just dangling
a line, the Great
Ocean Road has
diversity.
