Guesthouse Rooms are part of the original homestead of the property. Each room has a Queen size bed, en suite, television with cable and a mini bar. Adjacent to these rooms is a spacious guest lounge with open fire place, billiard room, spa and sauna facilities.

Waterfront Rooms provide enchanting views overlooking the foreshore of Lake Daylesford with private balcony, king or twin beds, fold out sofa bed and easy chair. Each room also has television with satellite, CD, DVD, mini bar and full ensuites.

Waterfront Suites are the newest addition to the Lake House property. They are spacious and luxurious with private balconies or terraces overlooking the lagoon and Lake Daylesford beyond. Each room is furnished with contemporary interiors, king or twin beds, private lounge area with double fold out sofa bed, easy chair and ottoman.

All the luxuries of double spa bath, dual shower, heated bathroom and walk in wardrobes complete the picture of your ultimate home away from home. If you fancy some entertainment, CD, VCR, DVD, cable TV and Internet are also at your fingertips.
