DAY 1 – Thu. Fly to Perth
Fly to Perth (airfare not included). On arrival our representative will transfer you to your city accommodation. Overnight: Crowne Plaza Hotel or similar.

DAY 2 – Fri. Shark Bay & Monkey Mia
Travel north to the lobster fishing town of Port Denison and then to the world heritage listed area of Shark Bay. Overnight: Monkey Mia, where the dolphins come in. (b) (l) (d)

DAY 3 – Sat. Dolphin Beach & Kalbarri
Spend time this morning at Monkey Mia beach where you may see the famous dolphins. The dolphins come close to shore on a regular basis but they are wild so appearance cannot be guaranteed. This afternoon travel south to Denham and Shell Beach. Then continue to Kalbarri via Hawks Head lookout. Overnight: Kalbarri. (BLD)

DAY 4 – Sun. Pinnacles Desert
Returning to Perth we call in at the port of Cervantes with time to stroll among the peculiar limestone spires of the Pinnacles Desert. Accommodation: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Perth or similar (3 nights). (BL)

DAY 5 – Mon. Perth River Cruise & Fremantle
A full day of activities including Perth by tram and a Swan River Cruise with morning tea. Then tour the port of Fremantle with free time there to explore the shops, cafes and take in the sea air. (B)

DAY 6 – Tue. Perth (Margaret River option)
Day at leisure in the Western Australian Capital. Alternatively make an excursion to Margaret River vineyards perhaps – optional and extra cost (B)

DAY 7 – Wed. Join the Indian Pacific
This morning you board the Indian Pacific and travel east to Kalgoorlie where you can see the world’s largest open cut gold mine and city on an optional Whistle Stop Tour†. (BLD)

DAY 8 – Thu. Across The Nullarbor
The train continues across the desolate Nullarbor Plain and stops at one of the world’s most isolated outposts, Cook, where there is time for a stroll. (BLD)

DAY 9 – Fri. Arrive Adelaide
If you’re travelling to Adelaide, your holiday ends here (B) or there’s time for a short Whistle Stop Tour† before reboarding. (BLD)

DAY 10 – Sat. Arrive Sydney
Enjoy breakfast alongside the stunning Blue Mountains. (B)
