DAY 1 - Wednesday - Join the Indian Pacific in Sydney
Spend your first night on the Indian Pacific enjoying a delicious dinner with views of the Blue Mountains as you head west into the outback. (D)

DAY 2 - Thursday - Broken Hill and Adelaide
You’ll have time for a Whistle Stop Tour† in Broken Hill before reboarding the train to Adelaide where you’ll take a tour of this beautiful city, then check in to the Holiday Inn Adelaide. (BL)

DAY 3 - Friday - Adelaide and Murray River Cruise
This morning, explore the city at your own pace, then it’s time to cruise aboard the PS Murray Princess where you will relax and enjoy the stunning river sights and a welcome dinner. (BD)

DAY 4 - Saturday - Murray River Cruising
Enjoy a guided nature walk to discover the local flora and fauna. Cruise past the amazing big river cliffs towering 90 metres above. Join your discovery vessel for a backwater wildlife tour and view amazing bird life. After dinner enjoy the fun of the Murray River Cup. (BLD)

DAY 5 - Sunday - Murray River Cruising
Enjoy a morning talk about the Riverlands’ bountiful food and wine trail and gain a fascinating insight into Australia’s largest Aboriginal community at the Pomberuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre. In the evening join the Captain and officers for pre-dinner drinks and the Captain’s Dinner and Dance. (BLD)

DAY 6 - Monday - Mannum to Adelaide
After breakfast dock at Mannum where you are transferred back to Adelaide to explore at your leisure or, alternatively, take a post cruise tour of the Barossa Valley, Australia’s richest wine region (additional cost). Stay overnight at the Holiday Inn Adelaide. (B)

DAY 7 - Tuesday - Kangaroo Island and Seal Bay
Your day begins with a scenic coach transfer to the Cape Jervis ferry that takes you across to Kangaroo Island. Visit a honey farm, feed kangaroos, see a colony of wild and rare Australian Sea Lions and discover Kangaroo Island’s Little Penguins on a guided walk after dark. Stay the night at the Kangaroo Island Seafront Hotel (or similar) in Penneshaw. (BL)

DAY 8 - Wednesday - Kelly Hill Caves, Flinders Chase National Park & Adelaide
Another great day of discovery with the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery, Kelly Hill Caves, Flinders Chase National Park and Remarkable Rocks, before returning by coach to the Holiday Inn Adelaide for the night. (BL)

DAY 9: Thursday - Adelaide
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before check out.(B)
