Appellation’s extensive wine list presents the best of the Barossa Valley, Australia and iconic wines of the world. Appellation is open nightly for dinner from 7.00pm. Executive chef, Mark McNamara, gold medallist in Tasting Australia's national culinary competition, leads the team developing the food and wine component of Appellation into an Australian beacon for local, interstate and international travellers. Guest of Peppers The Louise Barossa Valley arrive intent on savouring the very best fresh, local ingredients, innovatively and meticulously combined. A private dining venue is available for groups of 8 to 14 guests, and an intimate restaurant bar provides before and after-dinner drinks. During the warmer months, guests can peruse the evening's menu on the restaurant's terrace overlooking the Barossa Valley vineyards. |
