Built in the 1850's by the pioneering Hardy family, Mount Lofty House today stands as a proud monument to South Australia's
history. This sense of history combines with the natural charm of the property to provide an experience of the Grand Estate
tradition.
All our superb suites emphasise comfort and quality. Each is different in layout and décor and offer views over the gardens
or the Piccadilly Valley. Some come with double spa baths, some with open fireplaces.
Enjoy the elegant surrounds of our Edwardian Deluxe rooms. The rooms come with Queen, King or Twin double beds.
Selected rooms have open fireplaces. Our staff can tailor your special requests to suit any situation, from champagne and
chocolates on arrival to a gourmet picnic in front of a roaring fire.
Our 29 Edwardian guest rooms are all individually furnished. In room facilities include remote control colour televisions, cable and
local television , mini bar, fridge, STD/ISD telephones, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
Rooms enjoy picture perfect views over the Piccadilly valley or landscaped gardens. Selected rooms have open fireplaces,
just perfect for those cold winter evenings.

The Mountain Spa Suites feature king size beds with ensuite bathroom containing a double size corner spa bath.
Our Conservatory Suite contains an open fireplace, queen size bed and glass fronted conservatory overlooking the magnificent
Piccadilly Valley.
The Piccadilly Suite is our premier room. Situated overlooking the Piccadilly Valley the room makes full use of its stunning
outlook. The suite contains a king size bedroom with walk in robe, separate lounge/dining room, ensuite bathroom with double
size corner spa and balcony access from both sides of the suite.
