RECREATIONAL FACILITIES 

Dive Shop 
Our professional divers give a complimentary introduction to SCUBA diving each day. (Check the Dive Activities Boards for times). 

Games Room 
The electronic games room is available for kids of all ages, including the BIG kids. 

Golf Course 
For the golfers (and non-golfers!), you can play to your heart’s content on our 9 hole golf course. Equipment is available through the Golf Club. Club hire and green fees do not apply to house guests. Gymnasium Open from 7.00am - 11.00pm and located near the tennis courts. 

Pool 
The Resort has a 25 metre pool for the use of guests and day guests. We also have a kids pool located nearby the main pool. 

Tennis Courts 
The Resort has two floodlit tennis courts. Please make a booking and collect your equipment at the Golf Club or Reception during non-operating times. 

Walking Tracks 
Our Island’s National Park offers a great variety of walking tracks offering magnificent views of the Whitsunday Islands. The various peaks and bays of South Molle Island are quite accessible via approximately 16km of walking trails through the National Park. All trails are well kept, well signposted, and will repay the walker with a diversity of vegetation and wildlife, delightful destinations, and expansive views along the way. It’s generally a good idea to take water with you, and let someone know where you’re going, preferably Reception Staff. Maps of walking tracks are available at reception. Also remember that the island is a National Park, therefore, the entire area is protected, and nothing should be harmed or removed. 

Boat Transfers 
Transfers from Shute Harbour (to South Molle Island) 7:00am, 8:00am, 8:30am, 9.30am, 11:45am, 2:30pm, 5:15pm (6:30pm - Friday only). Transfers from South Molle Island (to Shute Harbour) 8.25am, 8.55am, 10:30am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm & 5.50pm (11:00pm -Friday only). 

Check-Out 
Check-Out time is 9.00am. Please leave your labelled baggage outside your room for the porters to deliver to your boat. Upon vacating your room, please return your room key and finalise your account at Reception. Should you require extended use of your room, please make your request with Reception prior to your day of departure. 

Kids club
South Molle Island kids club is the place to be these school holidays for your children.
We offer complimentary care for children from the ages of 4 to 12 for up 2 hours at any one time. Parents/Guardians are invited to choose any 2 hour blocks of care within the sessions available.
Parents/Guardians are welcome to come join in.

Please note that kids club only runs through Australian School Holidays. Child minding is available outside this time, there is a charge of $20 per hour per family (min 2 hours) for children of any age.
24 hours notice is required.

Airport 
Hamilton Island Airport is approximately 30 minutes journey by boat transfer. Proserpine Airport is located 40 minutes from Shute Harbour and connects with bus and taxi services. The water transfer to Shute Harbour, is approximately a 20 minute journey. Should you require any assistance in making arrangements please contact the Tour Desk or Reservations. 

Beach Towels 
Beach Towels are available from Reception. Whilst bath towels can be exchanged as often as required, we ask that you assist in helping our environment to conserve our precious water by exchanging only when necessary. 

Coffee Shop 
Our Coffee Shop is open from 9.30am – 4.00pm daily. For coffee and tea, light refreshments, cool drinks, ice creams and sweet temptations. 

Discovery Bar 
Open 10.00am until late. 

Island Bar & Restaurant 
All meals included in your package are available in the Island Restaurant. We offer themed buffet style meals ranging from Mediterranean and Australian Bush Tucker to Seafood. Each night's buffet will be displayed at the entrance to the Restaurant. 
Breakfast 7.00am - 9.30am 
Lunch 11.45am - 2.00pm 
Dinner 6.00pm - 8.30pm 

Golf Club 
The Golf Club is open daily. All sporting equipment is available from the Golf Club. Outside of these hours equipment can be obtained from main reception. 

Gourmet/Picnic Hampers 
We can arrange a picnic lunch hamper as part of your package. Please see the Restaurant to place your picnic hamper order. Your hamper will be available for you to pick up from the Island Restaurant.

EFTPOS/Credit Cards 
Reception accepts all major credit cards. An EFTPOS facility is available to settle guest accounts or to withdraw money. Daily bank limits do apply. 

Foreign Exchange 
Reception can assist you with converting most foreign currency into Australian dollars. 

Gift Shop 
A great place to browse and pick up that special souvenir. Our Gift Shop has a selection of fashion, swimwear, newsagency lines, footwear, film, basic chemist lines and much more. 

Guest Laundry

Hairdresser 
The Resort has a hairdresser on the island. 

Housekeeping 
Extra pillows and blankets are supplied in your room cupboard. Additional supplies for your comfort are available upon request. 

Internet Facilities 
Available in the games room. 

Mail 
Postage stamps are available at Reception and the Gift Shop. To have your mail posted, please deliver it to Reception. Any incoming mail will be delivered directly to your room.

South Molle Island Hair & Beauty is open 7 days. We provide massage, facial and body treatments and natural skincare products that promote balance, well-being and total relaxation. Experience pampering and rejuvenation in ambient surroundings right here on South Molle Island. Bookings essential.

Your telephone has local, STD and ISD facilities. Just dial “0” for an outside line followed by the number required. Two STD/ISD pay phones are also situated opposite the Reception area.
