The accommodation at Myella Farm Stay has been designed to cater for
individual travels, couples, families, or groups of friends.
The
accommodation has been divided into the following five categories:
1. En-suite Rooms
There are two en-suite rooms, with each containing one double bed and one
single bed. The two en-suite rooms are in a separate building that leads onto
a polished wooden veranda with an outside table setting. Both rooms are
air-conditioned and also include a fan.
2. Kens Cottage
Kens Cottage is ideal for families. Each room includes one double bed and
two single beds. There are two rooms in this complex with adjoining bathroom
amenities, which includes two toilets and two showers. Both rooms are also
supplied with air-conditioning and fans. The bedrooms and bathroom leads
onto a wooden veranda.
3. Torenbeek Place
Torenbeek Place is the original building, with the house being assembled on
Myella in 1937. It has been recently fitted with seven single bunk beds
between three rooms. These bunk beds are used to accommodate guests if a
large family arrives at Myella Farm Stay. Torenbeek Place has a bathroom,
kitchen area including a fridge and sink, and the common room. A laundry is
also included in Torenbeek Place with access from the veranda. The veranda
is a historical education that has memorabilia from the original owners
including photos, newspaper clips, old saddles.
4. New Wing
The lodge has ten rooms - three doubles and fourteen single (two single beds
per room) - with single to double share. Clean, modern amenities are
available to all guests. On the veranda are quite areas with lazy boy
chairs, fridge, and magazines, an ideal place to relax and read a book to
escape from the midday sun.
5. Camping and Caravans
Myella Farm Stay has large areas of grass and shady trees for guests who
choose to camp under the stars in either self- or Myella- supplied tents.
Caravans and motor-homes are also welcome. Power is available and all guests
have access to amenities and other Myella facilities.
