Choose your accommodation from 27 Hillside Units or the new 40 freestanding Rainforest Villas. A choice of queen size beds or generous twins. The magnificent Long House is the focal point of the Resort, overlooking the beach and the Coral Sea.
The Pandanus Bar lets you relax with the beverage of your choice. The bars are open virtually all day, addressing the needs of guests relaxing around the Cascade or the Long House pool. Immerse yourself in the world of Ecotourism, as little or as much as you like. Activities include our escorted rainforest walks, exotic fruit tastings, full day safaris, reef trips, horse riding and night spotting to name just a few.
We’re one of the few resorts that operates an Education and Adventure Lodge on our premises, available to school and special interest groups, etc. It’s our way of acknowledging our responsibility to this beautiful part of the world. The flora and fauna have been here for many years, so please don‘t be alarmed if you are lucky enough to receive a short visit from a friendly local.
There is a television and library at the Round House and business facilities at reception. The Lodge is located at Cape Tribulation which is 72 kms north of Port Douglas and 146 kms from Cairns.
