Before departure all travellers are given maps of Fraser Island, tide times, sand driving instructions, set day itineraries as well as a Queensland Parks and Wildlife briefing to make sure their trip is one of the most memorable experiences of their lifetime. WHAT’S INCLUDED?

• Insurance - Standard insurance excess applies with waiver options
• There are two options. Both require a signed credit card imprint as bond and held for security on return of the car.
  
  All Aussie Trax cars are fully insured unless the driver is doing one of the following.
• Driving Under the Influence
• Overloading the car beyond the carrying capacity (no. of pax)
• Driving in Salt Water
• Under Body Damage
• Intentional Damage (sitting or standing on hood or roof)

Itineraries (etc)

Maps, itineraries, tide times, soft sand instructions, expert in car commentary and driving instructions in 6 languages and video briefing.

Customers must be at Aussie Trax Head Quarters 2¼ hrs prior to ferry time for full, informative briefing.  If taking the 7.15am ferry customers need to be at Head Quarters 4pm the day before their trip.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Drivers - All drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old & must hold a valid driver’s licence which must be presented for inspection when completing the contract of hire. All drivers must watch an instructional video briefing before they are allowed to drive.

Cancellations - Cancellations made less then 24 hours in advance result in a cancellation fee of a full days hire.
