Balloon Flight, Kuranda Village, Skyrail, Daintree Rainforest & Outer Barrier Reef
 What a great way to see the twin gateways to the Great Barrier Reef - Cairns and Port Douglas. Visit sights not to be missed such as Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, take part in a balloon flight at dawn, visit ancient rainforest at Cape Tribulation and visit the Outer Barrier Reef. With 2 nights in Cairns and 2 nights in Port Douglas you can have the best of both worlds with the Tropical Hideaway.
On arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to
your hotel. Spend the day at leisure before preparing for an early rise tomorrow to participate in a Scenic Balloon flight. Glide high over the Cairns Highlands at dawn before enjoying a traditional Aussie breakfast with champagne - of course! Afterwards spend some time exploring Kuranda Village, high in the mountains before boarding Skyrail - the rainforest cableway that will return you over the ranges and rainforest back to Cairns.
On day 3, check out of your Cairns accommodation before being collected to spend the day at Cape Tribulation. Expect to spot crocodiles on a Daintree River cruise, take part in a guided rainforest walk and visit the Daintree Discovery centre where you can get a view of the rainforest from high in the canopy. Tonight you will be returned to your Port Douglas accommodation for the following two nights.
Tomorrow and it's off to the Great Barrier Reef for a day of fun in the saltwater seeing the coral and fish life of this amazing natural icon. Once on board enjoy morning tea before setting off to the reef where you can expect to snorkel and learn about the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Enjoy a great lunch before setting off to another site for more water activities and briefing by a marine naturalist who will give you an insight into this complex enironment. Return to Port Douglas and your accommodation for your last night in Port Douglas.
