Hidden Secrets

Tour code: 2RRC
Litchfield
Park lies just 2 hours' drive south of Darwin. The park is dominated
by a huge sandstone plateau, featuring beautiful perennial waterfalls and
associated monsoon rainforests. It is the ideal place for some moderate to
easy grade bush walks with a cool, refreshing swim at the end.
Within the
national park we have our own exclusive safari camp 'Minjungari' (local
Aboriginal word for blue waterlily) tucked away in a hidden corner on two
beautiful billabongs lined by huge paperback trees.
You'll enjoy a
comfortable night in the wilderness with the only disturbance being the
sounds of the bush.
The camp is equipped with our purpose-built 'Safari Tents' locally
designed for our tropical climate. The
floors are of wood and are raised above the ground. You’ll
enjoy the comfort of this spacious cool design.
Each tent
has 2 camp beds onto which is rolled a traditional Australian bushman's swag with high density mattress, linen, blankets and pillow. In the evening you will enjoy
a sumptuous candle lit dinner from the campfire. Vegetarian
and other diets are catered for, but be sure to let us know
your requirements when booking.

along the banks of the billabong will prove rewarding. As
