Mary River House Boats are situated on the calm waters of the Mary River approximately 1½ hours drive from Darwin. 

Experience the beauty of the wetlands and the wilderness of this wonderful river system. 

There is a huge variety of birdlife and the fishing is spectacular. Catch one of the Northern Territory's best know game fish - the Barramundi.

Whatever you do you will do it in the comfort of your own houseboat. 

When the recreational fisherman have to leave the region to return home, the river becomes your own! The sounds of nature are the only thing to be heard as you settle in for the night. 

Cruise aboard "Janine” the large 6 berth boat offering hot and cold shower, gas BBQ, fridge, 2 separate double bedrooms, plus single bunks plus more. 

View the crocodiles sensibly as they rest along the river banks, almost in a frozen position, however don’t be fooled. 

Or maybe just making it a day trip on the Leisure Boat. See the excitement amongst the wildlife, the Crocodiles, Hawks, Cockatoos and the Sea Eagle  just to name a few  - all from the comfort and safety of your boat. 

Dinghies are available for hire, either on their own or along with the house boat for the small channel fishing, otherwise not accessible by the houseboat.

A cash bond of $300 is required on your arrival and is refunded if houseboat is returned in good condition.

A booking deposit of $200 is required to confirm each booking which is non-refundable except where another person hires the boat for the whole period booked.

Pick-Up time for Houseboats 9.30am or by prior arrangement.
Hire concludes 4.00pm last day of hire.

INVENTORY:
Bed linen, blankets, pillows, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, gas barbeque, CD radio/cassette player.

Celebration time? Then the party boat for a group is an excellent choice with chairs, tables and gas BBQ.

Dinghies are available for hire, either on their own or along with the house boat for the small channel fishing, otherwise not accessible by the houseboat.
