We strongly recommend that you arrange adequate travel insurance to protect against sickness/accident, loss of luggage and any extra costs incurred, including cancellation charges.

Requirements
Recommended clothing and personal items while touring we recommend that you wear loose, cool, sturdy, light-coloured cotton clothing, comfortable sneakers or walking shoes, sun hat and sun block cream. Bring a towel, swimwear and insect repellent, camera and plenty of film and spare batteries. For extended touring please ensure that you have sufficient toiletries and / or medications for your entire trip and a flashlight / torch with spare batteries (you won’t find a corner store in places visited).
Luggage
As you will be either flying in a light aircraft or travelling by road, baggage is limited to 10 kilograms (22 lbs.) per person. Any excess baggage should be stored at your hotel or arrangements can be made with our air charter company until your return.

Brookes Australia Tours does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or any other authorities, accidents to, or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether on not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).
