DAY DIVE TO ADVENTURE
The
Great Barrier Reef is
a natural wonder of the
world and is a declared
World Heritage site. It
encompasses 350,000 sq kilometres
of the South Pacific Ocean
and is made up of 2,900
individual reefs and 71
coral cays. Its ecosystem
supports the greatest concentration
of life on this planet including
1500 species of fish, 350
different corals, 4,000
species of molluscs and
10,000 species of sponges.
Water
temperature ranges from
22° to 28° Celsius (75°
- 85° F) allowing comfortable
diving all year round
For
the certified diver or snorkeller
our 3 day 2 night trip departs
Cairns 6 times per week
and offers up to 11 dives.
Our fleet boasts 3 premium
purpose built dive vessels,
offering the best living
on board conditions. We
visit a large variety of
our 16 exclusive sites which
are spread over 4 different
reefs over the trip duration.
These sites have been selected
for their extravagance of
marine life and excellent
visibility thus ensuring
you see the best the outer
Great Barrier Reef has to
offer. Unlimited snorkelling
is also available and all
cabins are TWIN share.

Scubapro
I, II and III
Scubapro
was purpose built and
then launched in April
1998. Major specifications
were that she could
handle all varying weather
conditions in the Tropical
North and offer a smooth
and comfortable ride.
The formula was a huge
success and in February
2002 a sister ship,
Scubapro II, was launched.
We are in the next phase
of our expansion plan
with our third liveaboard
dive boat, Scubapro
III, launched in April
2004.
All
vessels feature 14 twin
share cabins and 2 double
cabins with private
amenities for every
4 guests. Private cabins
allow privacy and time
to relax between diving
and snorkelling. The
vessels are centrally
air-conditioned, light
and airy. There are
2 large decks: one for
gear and one strictly
for sun tanning and
relaxing.
Specifications
and features of Scubapro
I, II and III demonstrate
that these boats also
make excellent options
for day or overnight
charters.
