The Pumphouse
The unique, heritage listed building housing the Pumphouse, adjacent to the Novotel Rockford Darling Harbour, is an old Sydney favourite. Once a well known microbrewery, the Pumphouse has now been revamped to a cutting edge industrial chic and provides prime cuisine, an enormous choice of Australian, International and specialty beers and cool music in a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.
Fronting on to Little Pier Street, the Pumphouse features an outdoor terrace, one of Australia's longest steel bards, relaxed ottoman style seating areas and an open kitchen with wood fired pizza oven. There is also a contemporary dining area where modern Australian cuisine is matched with influences from around the world.
The Pumphouse Bar menu celebrates international bar cuisine from countries famed for their first course delights - an array of appetisers that start off a meal or even become your entire meal.
The Pumphouse Restaurant menu features similar influences across a broad selection of main courses. Authentic wood-fired pizzas and sizzling char-grilled meats are specialties of the house.
The variety of menus are designed to appeal to a broad cross-section of clientele - those wanting a light snack, something to accompany a drink or a quick and easy meal to share with friends. Smiliarly, the wine list is comprehensive and well-matched to the variety of food available.
The Pumphouse can also cater for groups or special events and offers a variety of flexible rooms to suit your needs.
Conference & Meeting Rooms
Novotel Rockford Darling Harbour offers an extensive range of contemporary conference and function facilities. Boasting 5 flexible conference rooms, we can cater for groups of 2 people up to 200. Of course, our friendly staff are always on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly from beginning to end. The Pumphouse is also available for private cocktail functions and has a capacity of 400.

Conference Day Package - $65 per person
Conference room hire is incorporated in the "Conference Day Package" (subject to minimum numbers). Data projectors, PA systems and an extensive range of other audiovisual equipment is available. More specialist equipment can be quoted on request.

Package also includes:
Morning and afternoon teas - freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas plus a range of our Chef's selection of freshly baked cakes, pastries and cookies.

We also offer a range of options for events where the Conference Day Package is not suitable.
Breakfast Menus - served to you and your guests in a private room. Menus are prices from $10 - $26 per person
Lunch Buffet - $35 per person, served in the restaurant
Working Lunch - Sandwiches, fruit, cheese, juice and coffee served in your meeting room. $20 per person or can be included in the Daily Conference Package
Coffee Break - morning and afternoon teas from $4 - $9 per person
Continuous Coffee and Tea - $10 - $15 per person
