Tour Prices:
Tour Prices are based on costs in effect at 1st January 2003, and are subject to change should any supplier increase costs to ozhorizons after this date.

Goods and Services Tax:
GST is applicable and as required by the Australian Tax Office, has been included in the cost of services published in this brochure, currently at 10%.

Deposits:
For all Snobus Tours a deposit of $150 per person is payable within 7 days of ozhorizons confirming your arrangements. A reservation is considered confirmed only when your deposit and acknowledgement form has been received by ozhorizons. Your reservation will be held for 7 days. However after this time, non deposited bookings may be automatically cancelled.

Please ask if an extensions required.

Final Payment:
Final monies for your reservation are required to be received by ozhorizons 45 days prior to your departure date.

Amendment Fees:
Amendment fees may be charged to all confirmed reservations.
Outside 21 days prior to departure, any amendment that constitutes a change in dates/duration/mode of transport/cancelling any component of your reservation, an amendment fee of $35.00 per reservation will be charged to cover our administrative costs

Within 21 days prim to departure all amendments will be charged at $35.00 per person.

Cancellation Fees: Please note: All snow bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation fees apply to all confirmed reservations. Cancellation fees vary between Airlines/Hotels/Lodges/Ski Resorts and other suppliers featused on this site. Charges can be as high as 100% of the total package cost, and Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

The following fees apply to all bookings and are per person:
Outside 60 days prior to departure.........$100.00
60—35 days prior to departure...............$250.00
35—14 days prior to departure...............$300.00

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to departure or after the commencement of your tour, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package cost is applicable.

Late Reservation Fees:
For reservations made within 14 days prior to departure, ozhorizons will incur additional communication and documentation costs. A fee of $25.00 per person will be added to the cost of your tour.

PLEASE NOTE...
Snow Conditions:
Ozhorizons cannot be held responsible for snow conditions. Cancellation or alteration to travel dates made by you due to snow conditions do not exempt passengers from the cancellation fees.

Alteration to prices:
Every endeavour has been made by ozhorizons to ensure that the contents of this site are correct and accurate at the time of publishing.

Documentation:
ozhorizons will process the documents for your holiday on a departure date basis. Documents are normally available 10- 14 days prior to your departure.

Refunds:
No refund can be issued for unused air travel, accommodation, lift passes or any other tour components.

Travel Insurance:
ozhorizons strongly recommends that you obtain adequate Travel Insurance. for a very small investment, Travel Insurarnce can protect you against such contingencies as Cancellation Fees, Loss of Baggage, Theft of Ski Equipment, Additional Expenses and Personal liability. Ask your consultant for details. Please note that under the provisions of the Health Act, it is illegal to cover medical and hospital expenses in a domestic travel insurance policy. We also strongly recommend that you subscribe to Ambulance cover.

Alcohol and Smoking: As government laws now prevent the consumption of alcohol and smoking on coaches, all Snowscene Tours must abide by this regulation.
