This is a luxurious 3 bedroom holiday apartment that has exclusive use of the top floor, with the most magnificent views or Merimbula, activities on the Lake and surrounding mountains, large balconies, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Spacious living areas provide a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the views and TV, Video/Hi Fi System.
Dining table seats 8 people. Fully self contained kitchen and separate laundry provide all modern appliances.
Master bedroom has QS bed and en suite, second bedroom QS bed and 3rd bedroom 2 singles with trundle.
The main bathroom has a large corner 2 person spa.
There is also a sitting room with another TV.
The Penthouse is where you come to just sit back and enjoy your surroundings.
All you need to bring is a beach towel and your book.
5 x 2 bedroom apartments
The five two bedroom apartments all have a private balcony where it is nice to just sit and relax and enjoy the views of either Merimbula Lake, the ocean or pleasant pool surroundings.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom will accommodate another couple or two singles. Tariff includes linen.
The main bathrooms have large corner spas that offer the opportunity to kick back, with full laundry facilities, including dryer.
The living/dining room area is spacious with fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, television, Austar, Stereo and DVD.
All apartments have reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Each unit is equipped with undercover parking.
