that were planted when Kims was just
a collection of tents, to traditions
such as the ship's bell that rings for
meal times, to the overwhelming sense
of calm - but perhaps nowhere better

Thrice
daily since 1886, our ships bell has
caused great anticipation. For it heralds
once again, a Kims meal is being served.
Three superb buffet meals are included
in your daily tariff.
Only
the freshest, most wholesome food is
selected and prepared simply but with
great expertise. The menu changes daily,
featuring local seafood, an Australian
and International cheese selection and
'home made' delicacies including our
own smoked salmon, ice cream, preserves
and chutney. Not to mention our selection
of premier wines.
Superb
dining facilities offering far more
variety than you could expect to get
from an a la carte. There are the old
favourites such as Steak and Kidney
Pie, Roast Lamb and Mint Sauce with
four fresh vegetables and desserts such
as Strawberry Pavlova and Bread and
Butter Custard.
