Karijini Eco Retreat is a new and unique, environmentally friendly and ecologically sound accommodation facility catering for guests of all ages.

Karijini Eco Retreat accommodation facilities range from (40) luxurious deluxe en-suited eco tents, (10) standard eco safari tents and campsites all with shared bathroom facilities with flushing toilets and hot showers. There is also a BBQ with Bush Kitchen facilities.

The retreat is located in the depths of the breathtaking Karijini National Park just 35km from the Karijini Visitors Centre in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The well designed and appointed Eco Tents that blend with the natural bush setting and boast top of the range king or twin beds with en-suite.

Karijini Eco Retreat Facilities:

Karijini Eco Retreat provides a high quality outback style alfresco licensed restaurant with a tempting menu that is distinctly Australian. It also includes a bar, kiosk and souvenir shop, tour and information desk.

Kiosk
The Kiosk provides a great range of cold drinks, bagged ice, ice-creams, confectionery, and tea and coffee and souvenirs. There is also limited supply of bread, milk and BBQ meat packs and other groceries.

Restaurant & Bar (not operational 1st November to 31st March)
Enjoy the fully licensed Karijini Eco Retreat - Alfresco Restaurant featuring cooked and continental breakfasts, quality outback-style dinners and special packed picnic lunches.???

Have a couple of ice-cold drinks in the bar where you can socialise with the other guests and the attentive staff.

BBQ Facilities
For those looking to self cater, a limited number of outdoor BBQ areas are scattered around the retreat that feature gas barbeques, sinks, preparation areas, seating & tables all under large shade sails where you can soak up the Karijini atmosphere as you prepare your meal.
Please note: Open fires are not permitted to be lit in National Parks. For those bringing food in eskies, ice is available for purchase in our kiosk.

Payphone
A public payphone is providedand charge cards are available for purchase from reception.

Showers and Toilets
Flushing toilets and hot showers (standard & bag type) are provided in the ablution blocks to service the campsites - these facilities are cleaned daily. Deluxe Eco Tents feature private ensuite facilities and are serviced every 4 days .

Karijini Eco Retreat is located at the Savannah Campground (off) Weano Road, Karijini National Park.

Deluxe Eco Tent
In these luxury tents enjoy the features of hotel quality linen and bedding and with a private ensuite bathroom. There are options of King or Twin rooms, subject to availability.

Standard Eco Tent
These tents also allow you to experience luxury in the outback with hotel high quality linen and bedding, with shared bathroom facilities only a short walk away. There is the option of King or Twin rooms as with the Deluxe Eco Tent.
