Windmills Break is a NEW FIVE STAR luxury boutique hotel located in the Margaret River Region of Western Australia.


  The hotel is an exquisite example of luxury Margaret River Accommodation and is perfect for a holiday, romantic escape, corporate function, wedding or for just enjoying a break in the South West.

Each room and suite has luxury furnishings throughout including king size beds, large lcd televisions (with 18 channels), free access to an extensive DVD collection and private courtyards.   The licensed bar is open every day with several large dining areas.

Guests are provided with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS using either our laptops or your own.

Have a cosy breakfast on the deck, in the lounge or by the windows overlooking the garden - or even as Room Service.  Our gourmet breakfast is served every day and often included in your tariff.

Our Bar Menu and Room Service menus are available every afternoon and some evenings.  The boutique hotel first opened in November 2007 after a complete refurbishment (our five star rating is accredited by AAA Tourism Australia).

The Hotel also has stunning gardens, a gazebo over the large jarrah deck, a large bbq area, private massage facilities, gymnasium, tennis court, walking track and much more.   Relax by the stunning swimming pool and heated outdoor spa surrounded by a private garden.

Windmills Break is a new luxury Margaret River accommodation resort located half way between Dunsborough and Yallingup at the northeRn end of the Margaret River region close to the bay, the beaches and about 50 wineries close by - our resort is named after a local surf beach near Yallingup.

Facilities

Gymnasium - The gymnasium is located within the gardens and has an array of exercise equipment available to all guests.  Well suited for your regular work out or to work off the fine wine and foods available in the region.  The gymnasium is also equipped with large LCD television for your entertainment.

Landscaped Gardens - Ten acres of beautifully landscaped gardens are already achieving recognition as one of the finest gardens in the South West Region and they are the ideal place to stroll, unwind, listen to the birds and forget the pressures of day to day living.

Outdoor Heated Spa (by the pool) - The heated outdoor spa is located adjacent to the swimming pool and sits over the stunning jarrah decking. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local region.  Beach towels are provided in all rooms.

Parking - The property has an extensive parking area at the Hotel with room for your boat or trailer.  There are several public boat launching ramps nearby in Dunsborough and at Canal Rocks.

Swimming Pool - The outdoor swimming pool is located amongst the gardens and surrounded by lawns and sun beds. Great all summer to cool off or work on the tan while you relax with a good book.   The quality gardens around the pool provide the perfect setting to enjoy your getaway.  We supply beach towels in all rooms and suites.

Tennis Court -  A full size tennis court is available for guest use.  Tennis racquets and balls are provided. A great chance to work on the backhand slice or to challenge your friends to a championship round.  

Walking Track - A one kilometre jogging/walking track winds through the property, a great start to any morning, or take a longer walk to Yallingup beach (1hr). Beautiful bushwalks are also possible in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park adjacent to the property.

Wireless Internet - Free access to wireless internet facilities throughout the hotel and garden areas.  The Hotel has its own laptops that you may use at anytime or connect direct to your own laptop at no charge.
