CBCR & Spa's tour desk can present you with an enormous range of activities, from a sunset cruise on a Pearl Lugger, Camel ride on Cable Beach, Scenic Flight over the Kimberly, 4WD adventures, deep sea fishing and kayaking. The town centre of Broome is just minutes away, flamboyant and multicultural, over the years Chinese, Japanese, European and Aboriginal cultures have blended to create a unique character and charm.
Town bus service provides regular shuttle service into town throughout the day. Chinatown has pearl showrooms, art galleries and sidewalk cafes, Sun Pictures the worlds oldest outdoor picture theatre and is the home of many different festivals.
Flights to Broome are with Qantas, Virgin Blue, Skywest and Airnorth. The Resort is located 10km from Broome's Airport and we have transfer buses to and from the Resort and the airport daily.
CBCR & Spa has a purpose built conference centre catering for 10 up to 200 guests. The Sam Male room is named after an old pearl lugger, it features Jarrah timber floors, temperature control, high ceilings and original artworks, French doors on three sides open onto a large veranda. Can be divided into 3 rooms to cater for your requirements, such as plenary, breakout sessions, lunch, tea breaks, secretiate etc.
The Sam Male Room can be totally blacked out for audio visual presentations.
The Verandah itself can be used for breakouts or long candlelit dinner table. Reading room available as a separate space for small meetings. Green room - Off site dining options with Amphitheatre, Pearl Luggers, Sun Pictures and Surf Club. Specialise in themed dinners with options of Asian Affair, Pearling Masters, Beach Party, Market Place Dinner and more.
"Thai Pearl" offers the delights of Thai cuisine with something to tempt every palate. Thai Pearl is seasonal - operates between April and October. Pool Bar during the day year round. Club Restaurant - experience award winning upmarket dining, features original Nolan artworks and Captains table, open every evening for dinner. Sunset Bar & Grill - presents casual dining and unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean, serves Breakfast & Dinner daily, lunch seasonally. Popular at sunset with the locals. Family pool with pool bar during the day serving drinks and snacks. Ocean Pool (adults only area) with pool bar during the day serving drinks and snacks.
Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa offers a wide range of programmed activities for the guests including yoga, and aqua aerobics. Resort also has tennis courts, gymnasium and 2 pools. Chahoya Spa, built in early 2009, complete with seven private suites, double vichy shower room, relaxing hair salon, yoga deck and much more. Chahoya Spa provides a peaceful retreat where senses are unleashed and clarity restored. Buddha Sanctuary is an ornamental garden and pavilion that features a striking crystal Buddha. Buddha is 7 tonne and 3.5 metres high carved from quartz crystal and was a gift from the resorts owners to CBCR and Broome. Open at certain times - for guests to visit, read, reflect and meditate and we also host yoga and tai chi in the pavilion some mornings.
Activities schedule located on the boardwalk near reception. Gold coin donation for entry, proceeds are donated to Royal Flying Doctors Service. Buddha's position promotes health and healing and is believed to be the largest carved crystal Buddha statue in the world.
