The architect designed Sun Apartments consist of 8 two-storey semi-detached ski maisonettes conveniently located just off the Great Alpine Road near Jack Frost Lodge.
The Maisonettes are clustered to create a village-like atmosphere. The design features pitched roofs and balconies overlooking a sunny courtyard and through to alpine views.
Internally the maisonettes are well fitted out. The ground floor includes ski entry room, drying room, open plan kitchen, living and dining area with slow combustion wood heater and bay window. The first floor accommodates 2 bedrooms, one serviced by an ensuite. A second bathroom alleviates the early morning problem of bathrooms congested with keen skiers.
