Stay in the original private hotel built in 1847, warm, charming and atmospheric. The hotel is one of the three accommodation style options at Seacombe House - it was built in 1847, in Belfast's heyday (as Port Fairy was then known).  The heritage cottages (built in 1853) also provide a historical flavour combined with the luxuries of open fire and large double spa.

Housed in the charming, warm & cosy 1847 dining room, the Stag Restaurant offers a contempory dining experience where quality matters.

The Stag's menu features dishes using great local produce, sourced from the surrounding country-side which celebrates the seasons, matched with a small, enthusiastic regional wine list featuring a growing list of biodynamic & organic winemakers.

In the original 1847 building, Seacombe House, you experience a real feel for the past...

Traditional guest rooms - quaint, charming and atmospheric (with gorgeous shared bathroom facilities). The guest lounge/common room provides TV, tea/coffee facilities, refrigerator, table and chairs and magazines. Guests frequently comment that it's the best accommodation of its type that they've stayed in in Australia, because of its charm, warmth, cleanliness, freshness, atmosphere and value for money.

Gun Alley luxury suite - a favourite among return guests!  A spacious, delightfully decorated room in the traditional style which complements the lovely historical features of this suite, with the added bonus of a large double corner spa in the bathroom. Wide screen TV, DVD player and minibar add modern touches to the traditional luxuries.

Two very cute little double rooms with own ensuite and balcony are also available in Seacombe House. These rooms also provide tea/coffee facilities, refrigerator and TV.

Built in 1853, our heritage listed cottages served as banking chambers, and borough offices, and now house three four star units. Each cottage features a large double spa, open fire, private lounge, widescreen TV with DVD player, heating and airconditioning.  Wireless broadband.
