The celebrated restaurant serves food in the casual modern style with an emphasis on Tasmanian produce and fresh local seafood. The restaurant overlooks the wide verandahs and well-established garden and guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks on the verandah or in the comfortable lounge before being seated.

One delightful experience is making your way to the underground cellar to select your wine from an excellent range of Tasmanian, Australian and International wines.

For those looking for the right facilities to conduct a business meeting or conference, the Atrium Room caters for up to 20, with audio-visual equipment, email and internet access available.

Franklin Manor has been lovingly restored with great style to offer the discerning traveller premium accommodation.

All 14 in-house rooms and 4 'Stables' apartments provide telephone, television and en-suite bathrooms.

In-House: The main house offers a range of elegant rooms, individually decorated, creating the perfect haven for those who appreciate comfort and relaxation.

Ten Standard rooms with a queen-size bed and shower en-suite.
Two Executive Deluxe rooms with a king-size bed, open fire and spa en-suite.
Two Deluxe rooms with a king-size bed and a cosy window seat.
NB. Twin beds available on request in 5 in-house rooms. Cots provided FOC.

'Stables' Cottages:? Decorated in the rustic style and situated in the Manor grounds, the Stables offer the comfort and flexibility of open plan living and include a large bathroom and family room with sleeping for up to 5 people. Perfect for larger parties and families.
