This well appointed two-storey riverfront house is conveniently located only minutes across the river from the township of Morgan.

Enjoy stunning riverfront views as you sit and relax on the front balcony's large outdoor table and chairs.

There is plenty of room for larger groups with a large dining area, two spacious lounge areas with comfy micro-suede lounges, digital television, DVD player and CD player. A fully equipped kitchen has all the modern comforts including a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender and coffee maker. All crockery, cutlery, cookware, cooking utensils and glasses are provided. Tea towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets are also provided.

The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning and also ceiling fans in every room for year round comfort.

This spacious property features four bedrooms with quality linen and bedding provided. Please note the property accommodates 14 people, but maximum of 11 adults. (3 single beds are top bunks and not suitable for adults).

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen and 2 singles (bunk beds).
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen.
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen and 4 singles (2 bunk beds)

There are two bathrooms and a laundry. The bathroom upstairs features a two-person spa and a shower, a separate vanity area and separate toilet. Bath towels, bathmats, handtowels, toilet paper and handwash provided. The second bathroom/laundry is located downstairs and has a shower, toilet, washing machine and wash trough. Iron and ironing board and washing liquid also provided. Please note there is rain water plumbed to entire house.

Relax on the large lawn areas at both the front and rear of the house. Lawn to rivers edge and sandy ski beach makes it easy and safe for swimming, mooring your boat or jet ski. Boat ramp for shack holders is close by.

There is a large downstairs entertaining area with table tennis table, pool table and dartboard. A large BBQ, weber, two fridges, outdoor setting, bar stools and two sun lounges are provided. There is also a basketball ring and swing set. This is an excellent holiday property for families or couples.

Conditions of use:

Strictly no pets
No smoking in upstairs area
No fires
No tents or campers, or caravans
No vehicles on lawn areas
Maximum occupancy is 14 people only
Occupancy is on the basis of leaving the premises in a clean and tidy state as found.
A refundable bond of $1000 (or $2000 if stay includes New Years Eve) must be paid prior to arrival to cover any breakages and damages.
No tents or campers, or caravans or mooring of houseboats.

Security Bond:
A refundable security bond of $1000 is also required to be paid at the same time the balance is payable. For stays that include New Years Eve, this security bond amount is instead $2000. This security bond is to cover any breakages or damaged caused during your stay.
