Integral to a stay at The Louise Barossa Valley is the enjoyment of casually elegant fine dining at acclaimed restaurant Appellation. Understated, informed service and intimate ambience complement a daily changing menu using locally sourced seasonal produce under the guidance of Executive Chef Mark McNamara.

Appellation's extensive wine list presents the best of the Barossa Valley, Australia and iconic wines of the world. Appellation is open nightly for dinner from 7.00pm.

Guest of The Louise Barossa Valley arrive intent on savouring the very best fresh, local ingredients, innovatively and meticulously combined.

A private dining venue is available for groups of 8 to 14 guests, and an intimate restaurant bar provides before and after-dinner drinks. During the warmer months, guests can peruse the evening's menu on the restaurant's terrace overlooking the Barossa Valley vineyards.

The Louise, Barossa Valley features 15 luxuriously appointed accommodation guest rooms and suites, each ideally sited to provide guests with with uninterrupted vistas across the adjacent vineyards, for which the Barossa Valley is internationally acclaimed.

The Louise Barossa Valley offers four selections of accommodation room types, each with a sumptuous king bed and luxury linens, a private ensuite bathroom, Flatscreen LCD Televisions, DVD players and fully stocked mini-bar.

Every accommodation suite at The Louise Barossa Valley is accessed via its own private front courtyard with outdoor reading and lounging furniture. A highlight of each suite is the private rear terrace with additional lounging and sunning spaces. Each of the four types of suites provides ample guest private area for the perfect romantic hideaway retreat.


Vineyard Suite
Completely new spa suites featuring large ensuite bathrooms and king size beds. Premium amenities include Flatscreen TV's in the comfortable lounge area and private terrace with vineyard views.


Marananga Suite
Glorious sunset-facing spa suites feature king size beds, large ensuite bathrooms. The Lounge area is equiped with BOSE Wave CD players and DVD equipment. The private terrace at the rear offers stunning views of the surrounding region.


Estate Suite
Elegant sunset-facing spa suites with king size bedding and BOSE Wave CD players, oversize lounge room, fireplace and large LCD television. One of these suites may be configured with a second bedroom to accommodate a third or fourth guest.


Stonewell Suite
Completely new spa suites with the height of luxurious amenities including fireplace, outdoor shower, gated private courtyard, Flatscreen LCD TV in the Lounge as well as the bathroom, and much more.
