Situated in the heart of South Australia's famous Barossa Valley, The Lodge Country House offers unique accommodation and fine dining for up to 8 guests.

The Lodge Country House is a 100 year old homestead originally built for the Seppelt Family and is located directly opposite Seppelt's Winery. Set in 3 acres of gardens, the grounds include a lawn tennis court and swimming pool.

The beautiful gardens around The Lodge Country House change with the seasons. Deciduous trees provide cool, shady areas in summer and let light in during the cooler months.

We ensure that your stay with us at The Lodge Country House is a time for relaxing in elegant and comfortable surroundings, with good country food cooked and served by us. We are fully licensed with our own extensive cellar of fine Barossa wines.

Inside you will find formal and informal Dining and Sitting rooms. Outside are wide verandahs and a summer house for more casual entertaining.

Dinner is served in the formal dining room and features fresh home-grown, local Barossan and South Australian produce.

The formal dining room shows the rich elegance yet relaxing style that is characteristic of The Lodge Country House. Fine dining is complemented by Barossa wines from our extensive cellar.

The sitting rooms are the perfect place for a casual drink, afternoon tea, reading or relaxing by the log fire.

Each room is individually decorated, and has a bay window seat, separate air conditioning and en suite bathroom.

Undercover parking is provided for guests' cars.
