Comments: Booking the accommodation through OzHorizons was fantastic and always has been which is why I keep using them. The Oaks Plaza Pier customer service was absolutely terrible - I booked 3 nights accommodation plus an extra room one night for my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend. On the night before the wedding which they were advised of put me in a room above their nightclub which was loud and clear vibrating the whole room until 1.00am. Upon ringing through to reception I was not shown any courtesy nor would they move me. Will not be staying there again and would definitely not recommend this accommodation.
