Itinerary

Day 1 Tue: Brampton Island
On arrival on Brampton Island you will
be transferred to your accommodation in the Palm Rooms, each with a private balcony or outdoor area overlooking gardens. You're just a short distance away from the main beach and close to all resort facilities. Tonight meet your Tour Director and enjoy a welcome drink, followed by a delicious dinner at the Bluewater Restaurant.

Day 2 Wed: Brampton Island
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore Brampton Island. Opportunity to take an interpretive nature walk around the island. There are sailboarding and catamaran classes. Play beach volleyball, tennis, golf, croquet or you could go snorkelling. Perhaps just laze by the fresh or saltwater pools or enjoy a rejuvenating massage. Ask your Tour Director for details. B

Day 3 Thu: Townsville
Head north to the tropical city of Townsville. Enjoy a guided tour of Billabong Sanctuary where you can interact with many Australian animals. You can cuddle a koala, hold a wombat, and if you're brave enough, there's snake and crocodile handling too! This afternoon is free for you to relax at the hotel or perhaps take a stroll along The Strand.

Day 4 Fri: Atherton Tablelands
Climb the high tropical plateau known as the Atherton Tablelands, where lush rainforests, waterfalls and lakes abound. Visit Millaa Millaa Falls and the famous Curtain Fig Tree. Enjoy a guided cruise on the serene crater of Lake Barrine, before making our way to Port Douglas.

Day 5 Sat: Port Douglas 'Free Time'
A full free day in Port Douglas awaits you today. There is an opportunity to explore the World Heritage rainforest join a guided cruise on the Daintree River to perhaps spot the fearless saltwater crocodile, enjoy a walk along Four Mile Beach, or just sit back and relax by the pool. Your Tour Director will be able to assist you with bookings. B

Day 6 Sun: Great Barrier Reef
Join the Reef Magic catamaran and cruise out to the Great Barrier Reef. Enjoy a reef education presentation and view the spectacular coral and tropical fish from the underwater observatory and the semi-submersible craft. There is the opportunity to go snorkelling and view this natural living wonder up close (equipment provided). Enjoy a tropical buffet lunch before we return to Cairns.

Day 7 Mon: Depart Cairns
Your tour concludes today after breakfast. You will be transferred to Cairns Airport for your onward flight. B
