Your apartment is only a short walking distance from bus stops that can take you directly to our theme parks, Sea World, Movie World and Dreamworld.

The President Apartments have an absolute beachfront location with direct access to the beach. Every unit has a north facing balcony with magnificent ocean views.

We provide peaceful family units that are fully self contained with washer and dryer and a full kitchen. There are Single bedroom units and the very popular Two bedroom units which are suitable foir families up to five people. Undergound security parking is provided and is included in the tariff.

Our facilities include a heated pool all year round and secure underground parking. Cable TV is an added bonus along with a private BBQ area.
