Comments: despite the ideal location and presentation of the apartment the experience was totally spoilt by several of the reception staff on several occasions. The "manager" on check out just confirmed the "just did not care" attitude. MY booking confirmation clearly shows three people were booked for the apartment as three names appear. It clearly states a roll out bed would be provided for the third person. Nice stay but customer service skills absolutely nil!!
