Take exit 66 off the Pacific Motorway (M1). This is the Smith Street Motorway exit (Route 10) which heads towards Southport. Do NOT take the Gaven Exit. Continue straight ahead along the Smith Street Motorway and then take the Olsen Avenue (Labrador/Southport) exit, which is Route 4. Turn right immediately at the lights onto Olsen Avenue (Route 4). Follow for 1.4km and then turn left onto Nerang-Southport Road (Route 20) towards Southport. Follow for 600m and turn right at the roundabout into Hinde Street. Ashmore Palms is located at the end of Hinde Street.
2. Heading North from Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta)
Turn left from Gold Coast Airport onto the Gold Coast Highway. Stay in the left lane. Turn left onto the Brisbane - Pacific Highway exit. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the lights to join the Pacific Motorway (M1). Take exit 69 off the Pacific Motorway (Nerang North exit). Follow route 20, turning left onto Nerang Connection Road and then turn left after 700m onto Price Street which becomes Southport-Nerang Road. Follow Southport-Nerang Road for approximately 5.5km. Turn right into Hinde Street at the large roundabout near Sunshine Ford. Ashmore Palms is located at the end of Hinde Street.

Follow Southport-Nerang Road west for approximately 3.5km. Turn left into Hinde Street at the large roundabout near Sunshine Ford. Ashmore Palms is located at the end of Hinde Street.
4. Heading East from Nerang
Follow Southport-Nerang Road east for approximately 6km. Turn right into Hinde Street at the large roundabout near Sunshine Ford. Ashmore Palms is located at the end of Hinde Street.
5. Heading North from Surfers Paradise
Drive through Surfers Paradise and head north towards Southport. Drive over the Gold Coast bridge and turn left at the first set of lights onto Ada Bell Way (Route 20), which becomes Queen Street. Follow past Allamanda Hospital and then turn left at the lights onto Southport-Nerang Road. Follow for 3km and turn left into Hinde Street at the roundabout near Sunshine Ford.
6. Heading south from Brisbane Airport to Ashmore Palms.
If you are driving to Ashmore Palms from Brisbane Airport, head east along Airport Drive towards the Gateway Motorway. Turn left onto the Gateway Motorway to head south. Follow the Gateway Motorway over the Gateway Bridge, still heading south. Ensure to have a few dollars for the toll. Take the Pacific Motorway (M1) exit, to head south towards the Gold Coast. Take exit 69 off the Pacific Motorway. Follow Nerang-Southport Road east for approximately 5km. Turn right at the roundabout (near Sunshine Ford) into Hinde Street.
