Pethers Rainforest Retreat is a place to indulge, unwind and revive. It is the Gold Coast Hinterland's finest hideaway.

At Pethers Rainforest Retreat the main lodge includes the restaurant and bar, both with a spectacular view, set beneath a towering ceiling which curves seven metres towards the rainforest canopy outside.

Your are welcome to sip freshly made coffee as you lounge on one of our huge comfy couches, looking out to the beautiful rainforest and abundant birdlife. Or, read a novel, play a board game or watch a movie from our DVD library in the comfort of your private villa.

The restaurant serves fine cuisine using only the freshest ingredients and is open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday lunch. Special events and functions can also be catered for on request.

Each tree house is linked to the Main Lodge by covered walkways through lush gardens where water gently flows and birds chorus.

Guests at Pethers stay in individual and elegantly appointed tree house villas.

There are just 10 architect designed timber and corrugated iron tree houses, each positioned for maximum privacy and breathtaking proximity to the tropical rainforest. A soaring wall of glass is all that lies between you and the trees. Reach out and touch them from your private deck.

Accommodation is stylish, yet relaxed with a super-spacious lounge and dining area furnished with Asian antiques. Amenities include a king size bed, quality sound system, television and DVD player. And what could be more romantic than your own fireplace and a spa bath for two with a panoramic view?

A breakfast basket is delivered directly each morning to your villa, including freshly baked pastries, local yoghurt, breakfast cereals and preservative free fruit juice.
