With no roads to cross, you can step out of the resort grounds right on to the golden sands of Palm Beach and dive in to the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean.

The 22 metre, atrium - glass covered pool is heated to 29 degrees year round and is unique on the coast. After a few laps you can relax in the invigorating hot spa or watch the little ones in the wading pool under the UV protection of a special shade sail.

For the energetic or the sports lover there is a full size tennis court, squash court and the well equipped and maintained gymnasium. Or perhaps you would like to sweat it out in the Swedish sauna, or in the steam room.

There is also their popular family barbecue area under cover in the gazebo or on the lush surrounding lawns with the sound of the waves on the beach as your background. Or just enjoy lazing on our sundeck overlooking the beach.

Work on your tan in the solarium or try the Balinese restaurant where the food and friendly service are first class. 19th Avenue has a games room with pool table, pinball machine, arcade games and the bright, new table tennis area is popular with everyone.

Every unit at 19th Avenue on the Beach has assigned undercover security parking and remote after hours security entry. The reception desk is open seven days a week and our tour desk will book any of the Gold Coast attractions, or rental car, free of charge. Discounted theme park tickets are available on sale.

The luxury apartments feature a large living area opening onto spacious balconies and an elegant dining area. There are two marble tiled bathrooms including one with a spa, the master bedroom is en-suite. Apartments have ceiling fans in both the living areas and the bedrooms.

A modern full-sized kitchen is fully equipped and all cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery is in place together with an electric fry pan.? The apartments also feature a fully equipped laundry.

A remote control colour television in the living room is standard along with free Foxtel.
There is a direct dial telephone for all local, STD, ISD calls outward and incoming calls are transferred to you 24 hours a day.

There are two marble tiled bathrooms including one with a spa, the master bedroom is en-suite. Each apartment has cooling ceiling fans in both the living areas and the bedrooms.

A modern full-sized kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher a wall oven and separate grill, an electric range plus a microwave oven. All cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery is in place together with an electric fry pan. You have an iron, ironing board and clothes as well as the automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. All linen and bath towels are included in the tariff.
