Holiday Apartments comprise of brand new 1 and 2 bedroom self contained, fully equipped apartments.


Built in the heart of Darwin’s Central Business District, every major facility is within easy walking distance - the Smith Street Mall central shopping precinct, the General Post Office, the Esplanade, the Wharf Precinct, cinemas and many other local attractions, restaurants, hotels and night spots.  

The national and international airport is only 10 minutes drive away and the beautiful Botanical Gardens just a few minutes drive.



The air conditioned apartments sleep 1 to 6 persons, with every facility at hand to make your stay a most comforting one. They each have a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, hair dryer, ironing board, IDD/STD telephone, colour TV/video, in-house movies and ceiling fan. Extra beds and cots are also available on request.  

You will be impressed by the complex itself and the multitude of facilities ‘in-house’, like a private pool and barbeque, sundeck, off-street undercover car parking, laundry rooms on each level, retail shops, restaurant and coffee shop at ground level.
