Longitude 131 Room Information.

You will stay in one of only fifteen elevated tents set on an isolated sand dune close to the border of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Each tent is as unique as its surroundings, paying homage to early Australian pioneers with unusual and exquisite objets d'art throughout.

Absorb yourself in the life and travels of early explorers through the unique collection of books, maps and artefacts in your private sanctuary under the vast outback skies. Examine the sweeping constellation of stars through telescopes and connect with a reality so different from your every day.

A white dome roof and flowing fabric draped from the centre create the illusion of camping. But unlike the early pioneers and explorers, guests revel in sublime comfort. The flick of a bedside switch is all it takes to raise the blinds and watch the spectacular moods of Uluru at sunrise.

Meticulously designed to remain cool in summer and warm in winter, you have reverse cycle air-conditioning for complete control over your personal climate.
