Day 1: Alice Springs
This afternoon tour 'The Alice', including a Royal Flying Doctor Service. See Central Australian reptiles at the Alice Springs Reptile Centre. Visit the School of the Air'. Later enjoy panoramic views of Alice Springs from Anzac Hill.
Accommodation: Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge (L), Aurora Alice Springs (R), Crowne Plaza (F) or Alice Springs Resort, River Gum Rooms (S), Alice Springs.

Day 2: Uluru (Ayers Rock)
An early start for Ayers Rock Resort, stopping to view Atila (Mt. Conner) on the way. This afternoon tour Kata Tjuta and then view sunset at Uluru with nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine.
Accommodation: Outback Pioneer Budget Rooms (L), Outback Pioneer Hotel (R), Desert Gardens Hotel (F) or Sails in the Desert Hotel (S), Ayers Rock Resort.

Day 3: Uluru (Ayers Rock) - Alice Springs
This morning join the Uluru Sunrise, Climb and Base Tour (Y18) or for the non-climbers, the Uluru Sunrise and Guided Cultural Walk (Y41). Both tours include a visit to Mutitjulu Waterhole. Depart this afternoon for Alice Springs.

Day 4: West MacDonnell Ranges
Travel west from Alice Springs following the spectacular West MacDonnell Ranges. Pass the John Flynn Memorial (founder of the Royal Flying Doctor Service). Our first stop is at Simpsons Gap with its beautiful red gums. Continue to Angkerle (Standley Chasm). Walk along the stony watercourse lined with cycads, ghost gums, cypress pines and acacias. A light lunch will be provided before you depart for Alice Springs Desert Park. Explore the desert rivers, sand country and woodland habitats and discover many of the secrets of the Central Australian deserts. Visit the Nocturnal House and witness free-flying birds of prey in the nature theatre at the Birds of Prey Presentation. Afterwards you will be transferred back to Alice Springs. L
