The Dining Room
The Dining Room is an elegantly appointed Sydney Restaurant venue featuring Modern Australian cuisine. With views across Macquarie Street to the Royal Botanic Gardens, it offers a exceptional service & cuisine in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, without the hustle and bustle of most city restaurants.

The Bar
The Bar offers a stylish relaxed atmosphere, serving a gourmet bar menu selection, a range of high teas and a grand selection of fine wines, liquors and cocktails.

Our Luxury Sydney hotel offers 105 generously sized, luxuriously appointed Hotel guest rooms, including 15 hotel suites, the majority of which feature French doors opening onto Juliet Balconies, which overlook the Harbour, Circular Quay or the Royal Botanic Gardens.
    
Executive Harbour View Suite
An elegant vestibule leads into a welcoming, stylish and sophisticated sitting room, complete with lounge suite, a mahogany writing desk with two telephone lines, direct ISD/IDD dialling, large TV and CD player. The bedroom features a King bed, large French doors open on to Juliet Balconies, some overlooking the city and others over looking Sydney Harbour.

Superior King Room
Luxurious and spaciously appointed guest rooms (approximately 44 square metres)  offer a distinct design and decor to complement the heritage building, in which part of the hotel resides.

The room features king bed configuration, a two seater lounge area and two lounge chairs with coffee table, large mahogany writing desk, complete with High speed internet access, two telephone lines, direct ISD/IDD dialling and voicemail. French doors open onto Juliet Balconies, overlooking the Royal Botanical Gardens or City skyline with glimpses of Circular Quay.

Sir Stamford Suite (Presidential Suite)
The Sir Stamford Suite is located within the heritage section of the hotel overlooking leafy Macquarie Street. It offers an abundance of natural light and features high ceilings and Italian silk wall coverings that adorn the walls of the entire suite. (Approx. 153 square metres)

The living room is spacious and offers two lounge suites, a Steinway Grand piano, a bar and a rich mahogany writing desk complete with high speed internet access, two telephone lines, direct ISD/IDD dialling & voicemail. The Suite features a large TV, CD player & DVD player. Antique paintings and a Louis XV marble fireplace are focal points of the lounge room. Off the main lounge room is a sunken dining room that can seat eight comfortably at the maple dining table.

Adjoining the living area is a separate butler's pantry complete with a full sized fridge, dishwasher and coffee & tea making facilities.

The split-level master bedroom features a king sized bed, with marble Louis XV antique fireplace. An additional remote control TV is situated in the bedroom and large windows with silk drapes frame the city views. This room includes a separate dressing room and powder room.

Deluxe Harbour View Room
Elegant in decor, stylish in design, spacious and comfortable, this room features mahogany furniture, King or Double bedding configuration, sitting lounge and writing desk. Complete with 2 telephone lines, ISD/IDD dialling and voicemail. French doors open on to Juliet Balconies or Terrace, overlooking our beautiful Sydney Harbour and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
