Comments: We complained about the rock hardness of the matresses and the reception lady did enquiry but we were told "they are new matresses sorry nothing we can do" My friends and I were not happy about this we were not offered anything to fix the situation , we slept on what might as well be concrete, even 1 person opted for the floor cause it was more comfortable. So we made another complaint still no help. very disappointed in this area. By the end of our trip we all had sore back not from skiing but from the concrete beds! Also if there is a school group give the non school parties the grill straight away instead of letting the guest know towards the end that they could of gone to the grill.... Little work needed on customer services and listen and try and find a solution to what were fair complaints.
