Ski Rider is the largest hotel in the Kosciuszko National Park, only 11km from Perisher Blue Ski Resort. The place to stay if you want to be close to the snow but not pay on-snow prices.
Parking is easy, plentiful and FREE. Once you get to Ski Rider you can catch the FREE shuttle bus to Perisher up to 9 times per day. Two bars with FREE entertainment such as live music, comedians, trivia nights, magicians, illusionists and theme nights.
If you prefer a quieter night, relax by the open fire, in the games room or guest TV lounge. Hot breakfasts and delicious evening meals are included in all packages. Comfortable 2 to 6 share rooms with ensuites, central heating, tea and coffee making facilities and ski, board and drying racks. Ski Hire is on the premises with all the latest gear to hire, saves lugging extra baggage from home and gives you the flexibility to upgrade or change. Drive - Follow the Hume Hwy from Sydney,exit onto the Federal Hwy to Canberra. Follow the signs to Monaro Hwy and Cooma. Follow Monaro Hwy/Kosciuszko Rd through Cooma and Jindabyne towards Perisher. Ski Rider is 22km from Jindabyne on the right hand side. Ski Rider has free overnight parking and complimentary shuttle bus to and from Perisher (for Ski Rider guests only). Fly - To Canberra - call Qantas on 13 13 13 or Virgin on 13 67 89 Express Coach - Call Greyhound on 13 20 30. For transfers from Jindabyne call Jindabyne Taxis on 02 64572444.
Enjoy a three course evening meal in the dining room with freshly made soup, a variety of mains and choice of desserts. As an alternative* dine in the grill which is a one course meal with a tempting selection of steaks, chicken and fresh seafood all served with vegetables and salads. (Grill subject to limited seating).* Friday night dining room closed.
