At the Waves, we offer guests two distinct levels of luxury in our suite accommodation, Standard Suites and State Suites. Whichever you choose, you'll wake totally refreshed and ready to enjoy Byron's many attractions.

State Suite
Our state suites are extremely spacious, offering you plenty of room to spread out and relax! Each state suite is fully air-conditioned, offering the luxury of a king-size bed. A stunning bathroom finished in Italian-style granite and marble features a separate bath and shower. And the two large sofa beds will sleep an extra four people.

You'll also enjoy complimentary parking in our secure basement carpark.

The Bay Suite -- ocean views, and a large private terrace for dining, entertaining and relaxing.
The Lawson Suite -- its own large, private terrace for dining, entertaining and relaxing.

Boutique Suite
Our Boutique and Deluxe suites are no less luxuriously appointed. Whether you choose a courtyard suite or a first floor suite, you'll still enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed (plus an additional single bed in the Deluxe Suites) and a stunning bathroom finished in Italian-style granite and marble. A large sofa bed will accommodate an extra two people.
